Why do you want to work for the Cystic Foundation Patient Assistance Foundation?
The interaction with patients and families motivates me to do the best job I can. On a daily basis, I use my background in public health to gather health information and bring it back to the CF community. While I may be just a voice over the phone, I enjoy developing relationships with the people with whom I speak. I want to work for Cystic Fibrosis Patient Assistance Foundation because of that connection.

How do you see the importance of your role with the Cystic Fibrosis Patient Assistance Foundation?
As a Case Manager, I want the patients to feel that I am their advocate and will take the time to make sure their needs are met. I see my role at CFPAF as bridging the gaps in patient’s insurance and researching the resources available to the CF community. The importance of my role is that I help patients gain access to medicines by ensuring that they are provided financial assistance for medications they may otherwise not afford.
If you had one thing to say to our customers, what would that be?
Thank you for reaching out and collaborating with us at the CFPAF. I feel fortunate to work at such a great organization where what I do improves the lives of others. Your stories are inspiring and I always look forward to your calls.
