Why did you want to work for the Cystic Fibrosis Patient Assistance Foundation?
I bring years of pharmacy customer support experience to the CFPAF, including obtaining scripts from prescribers, coordinating prescription orders, ensuring timely medication delivery, conducting insurance benefit investigations, and triaging patients to alternative resources.
With my working knowledge of pharmacy operations and the CF community, I understand how vital it is that you obtain your medications quickly, while maximizing your benefits and other community resources, so that access is timely and affordable.
I consider myself a patient advocate who is passionate about working on your behalf to make sure that I help to simplify the difficult and sometimes challenging process of determining your needs, while matching those needs with available resources. I make sure that “no stone is unturned” when you come to me for help. I truly understand the medical and financial burdens that CF patients and their families face.
For Medications...
For CF Patients...
How do you see the importance of your role with the Cystic Fibrosis Patient Assistance Foundation?
I see myself as a patient advocate, who is passionate about providing co-payment assistance to eligible patients. My role as a case manager is much more than processing patient applications. The most important aspect of my role is to fully assess and educate each and every customer about existing resources and matching those resources to their needs.
If you had one thing that you would like to say to our customers, what would that be?
I am privileged to work with each and every customer who calls me. I want each patient to know that I will treat each of you with respect and special consideration. I want you to be confident that I will do whatever I can to meet your needs.
