The Cystic Fibrosis Patient Assistance Foundation (CFPAF) is a non-profit organization that helps patients and their family members living with cystic fibrosis afford the medications and devices they need to manage their disease.
We have designed the CFPAF program specifically to meet the needs of the cystic fibrosis community - making us unique among national patient assistance programs.
