The Cystic Fibrosis Patient Assistance Foundation (CFPAF) is a non-profit organization that helps patients and their family members living with cystic fibrosis pulmonary disease afford the medications and devices they need to manage their disease. We have designed the CFPAF program specifically to meet the needs of the cystic fibrosis community - making us unique among national patient assistance programs.

Once your application has been submitted, you can expect to receive a follow up telephone call within 5-7 business days after the application has been received by our office to discuss your program eligibility.
