The Cystic Fibrosis Patient Assistance Program
At The 23rd Annual NACFC
October 15th - 17th 2009 in Minneapolis, Minnesota
More than 3,500 cystic fibrosis researchers and medical professionals from around the world gathered at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s 23rd annual North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference (NACFC) in Minneapolis, Minnesota to discuss the latest developments in research, treatments and care, giving hope and progress in the battle against cystic fibrosis. The Cystic Fibrosis Patient Assistance Foundation's Maria Thomas was there to share in the event.
"I was thrilled to participate in the 23rd NACFC in Minnesota this year. As we celebrate the first full year of the CFPAF's launch, it was an excellent opportunity to share the success of the program and to personally meet with so many of the dedicated professionals who work hard every day to meet the complex needs of CF patients. As the CFPAF grows and expands it's scope of services during 2010, I am very much looking forward to sharing more of the CFPAF's success stories in next year's conference. Thank-you for your engagement and support!"
